God is finally smiling down on me

Not to be blasphemous or anything, not to dictate God’s decisions, but I think that earlier today, God looked down from heaven. He saw me with all my thesis journals, my history books and handouts (hand-me-down), my suffering in trying to comprehend philo (taught by a guy who doesn’t really understand it in the first place), and the deep dark circles under my eyes. When He saw my pitiful state, He said, “Sasha, I’m gonna give you a break. I’ll move some of your deadlines around.”

Orignally, my super hell schedule was:

1. Sept 22: Philo LT

2. Sept 22: Philo Paper

3. Sept 22: Histo RESEARCH Paper

4. Sept 22: Histo LT

5. Sept 22: Postmodernity pre-final paper

*I won’t even add thesis here because it covers every other day and hour of my life.

Revised schedule:

1. Sept 22: Philo LT

2. Oct 1: Philo Paper

3. Sept 22: Histo LT

4. Sept 29: Histo Paper

5. Sept 22: Postmodernity Pre-final paper

6. Sept 22: Theo Group Activity (DONE though)

7. Sept 29: THESIS DEFENSE!

Plus I have Blue Christmas and GUIDON work. Oh well… Hopefully God keeps smiling.

What sucks about all these is that I super miss my sister (the one who’s married) and baby Peyton. I’ve been ditching them so that I could go to school even during my free days for thesis and GUIDON. Better be worth it. IDTS.

Aww…

School doesn’t only kill creativity… it kills your life if you let it… which is what I did.

(hahah PS: Punctuation fail) which is what I love about this blog. I don’t have to sound serious and “smart” unlike writing papers and for GUIDON. Hahaha I can sound like my frazzled, normal self.
